Our built-in prices are US national planning ranges dated July 2026. Local prices, delivery, tax, product grades and project scope vary. Replace the unit prices with supplier quotes to make the budget more useful for your project.
Clear assumptions
Quantities use deterministic calculation rules. We show the assumptions and warnings, and leave quantities pending when they depend on details you have not confirmed. A planning range is not a contractor quote, permit design or substitute for local code review.
